The Centre of Cesis / camping Žagarkalns / Ērgļu klintis (Ērgļu cliffs)

This is an easy cycling route, thanks to the bikeway in the center of Cesis and to the forest road with a firm ground. Those who like peaceful forest trails will enjoy the path from Ērgļu cliffs (through „Pipariņi”) until the camping „Žagarkalns”. If you want to have a meal , we recommend the camping place Lenči (close to Ērgļu cliffs) where you can find set fire places, tables and a fantastic sight on the Gauja river. When you go on, pay attention to the indications! Don’t take the forest trail which goes directly to Ērgļu cliffs! It is not passable because of the wooden built-in walkway.
