Camping Žagarkalns/ Lenčupe

A short and easily negotiable route. The first stage which takes you along Mūrlejas to the Gauja Bridge is the most difficult, because the surface of the route is uneven. However, the asphalt stage of the route starts immediately beyond this point which leads onto an easily negotiable forest route. The route is perfect for a little ride on a hot summer evening to provide you with the refreshing charge with is provided by the proximity of a spring and river, as well the shadow lined forest route. At the end of the summer this is the perfect spot for picking berries and mushrooms.
