Ski School for Children

Children’s ski school is available for children who are already able to stand stable on skis can improve their skills together with their equals in age accompanied by specially trained instructors.

During the summer, we have made a slope which will be transformed in a children’s ski park in the winter. The park will be suitable for the skills and interests of children at the age of 2-10. It will include inflatables which will make the slope more interesting. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays also a children’s ski school will be available where children who are already able to stand stable on skis can improve their skills together with their equals in age accompanied by specially trained instructors. The average group will have 7-10 children. The principal task of the children’s school and whole park is to show your child that skiing is exciting and fascinating, as well as promote the development of your child.

The children’s ski school will start its work as soon as the School Hill and the new Ski Park are completely covered by snow.

Working hours for Children’s Ski School:

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

from 10.00 to 12.00 and

from 13.00 to 17.00.

Two hours for beginners and four hours for advanced group include training, playing indoors or outdoors under the guidance of qualified baby-sitters, freestyle skiing under the guidance of our instructors, lunch break (at your choice: together with the instructors or parents). The school will end with a lesson during which parents will have an opportunity to evaluate newly obtained skills of their children. We will take video recordings so that parents can receive a CD with their children after the school is finished. The cost for 4 hours at the Children’s Ski School is 13 LVL and for two hours 10 LVL. It does not include meals for children who stay with the instructors during the lunch break.

A ski lift ticket for the whole 4-hour school time costs 4 LVL (ski lift is free of charge for children up to the age of 7).

Catering for children will take place in one of our cafes, all together in one group at a separate table or together with parents - at your choice.
